Book a demo

Thirty minutes,
on your problem.

Tell us about a workflow you want AI to take off your team's plate. We'll show you how we'd run it, live, against something close to what you do.

We're still under-the-radar on most of the platform, so we ask for an NDA before the walkthrough. One page, no exclusivity, takes about five minutes. We'll send it across once you submit the form. If you want a mutual one back from us, just say so and we'll sign yours too.

Agenda

What we'll cover.

Half an hour, structured. Listen first. Show second. Sketch the next step at the end.

Your workflow, in detail

The first ten minutes are us asking questions. What does your team actually do day-to-day, where does the time go, what would "better" look like for you. We listen before we show anything.

A live walkthrough

Once we know what you're trying to fix, we walk through the platform against a workflow that mirrors yours. Everything we show on the call sits under the NDA you sign beforehand.

How control and guardrails work

Approvals, budgets, audit trail, role-based access. We show where the human stays in the loop and where the model is allowed to run on its own.

A realistic first-month plan

Based on what you describe, we sketch what would actually ship in the first month, what would wait, and what your team would have to be in the room for. No transformation roadmaps.

Pricing and next steps

Real numbers for your team size and the work you'd want us doing, rather than a brochure tier. If it's a fit, a written proposal lands in your inbox within a few days.

Why the NDA up front?

Most of what we'd show you on the call hasn't been put on a public page yet. Some of that is competitive. Some of it is preference: we'd rather build a reputation through working deployments than through marketing copy.

The NDA runs one page and protects what we show you. One-way by default since most prospects don't have anything to disclose to us at this stage. If your legal team would rather have a mutual one back, we'll sign theirs too. No exclusivity. No commitment to engage past the call. Walk away whenever.

How engagements work

Two to six weeks. Often faster.

The platform is already built. We're not standing it up from scratch for you. Deployment is mostly configuration: which workflows, which data sources, which control boundaries. Many customers go live in the first couple of weeks; the upper end of the range is for complex regulated environments.

Step 1

Demo

30 minutes

NDA-covered walkthrough against a workflow that resembles yours. You leave with enough to decide whether to keep going.

Step 2

Scoping

a few days

We sit down with your team and pin down the first workflows we'd build, the data sources they touch, and where the control boundaries go.

Step 3

Pilot

1 to 3 weeks

A dedicated engineer configures the platform for your environment, wires the integrations, and trains the people who'll run it day-to-day. We're not building from scratch — the platform is already there.

Step 4

Production

ongoing

It's in your hands. We watch the system, retrain on a regular cadence, and surface the next set of workflows worth doing when they're ready.

Honest qualifying

Is this the right call for you?

Quick check before you put a half hour on the calendar. We'd rather you self-select out than show up to a bad-fit call.

A good fit

  • There's a workflow your team runs today that eats real hours each week.
  • You can describe what success looks like in concrete terms — faster, cheaper, fewer errors, pick one.
  • You want something working in your hands inside a couple of months, not a research engagement.
  • You're comfortable keeping a human in the loop for the consequential calls.

Probably not a fit

  • ·You want a chatbot UI and nothing past it.
  • ·You need a fully autonomous agent that nobody supervises.
  • ·You want us to train a closed foundation model (GPT, Claude, etc.) — we can fine-tune open models and call the closed ones via API, but we can't train inside someone else's walled garden.
  • ·You're comparing on lowest price. We start at $4,500 a month.

What we'll need from you

Three small things.

  • 1

A rough sketch of the workflow you want to improve. A paragraph in the form is plenty.

  • 2

A short list of who from your side should be on the call. Operator, engineer, security if relevant.

  • 3

A signed NDA before the call. We send a one-pager right after you submit the form. Happy to sign a mutual version back to you if your legal team prefers.

About RVVR

Who you're talking to.

RVVR is a Colorado-based AI company. We're a subsidiary of CM Ventures Inc. The work is designing and operating AI systems for organizations that need those systems to function inside real constraints: production volume, audit trails, regulatory regimes, the tools the team already uses.

We pick our customers carefully. Most engagements are sales-led under confidentiality. The company is profitable, well-funded, and isn't in a hurry to do anything other than this.

Senior engineers from day one. No SDR layer.
Azure-hosted. Azure Government available for regulated workloads.
Bounded systems. Humans stay in the loop on the consequential decisions.

Demo FAQ

Common questions.

Why an NDA before the demo?

+
We're still selective about what we discuss publicly. The walkthrough covers pieces of the platform we haven't put on public pages yet. The NDA runs one page, takes about five minutes for legal to clear, and protects what we show you. It's a one-way agreement by default since most prospects don't have anything to share with us at the demo stage that needs confidentiality. If your team prefers a mutual version, we sign that too — just ask.

How long is the demo?

+
Half an hour. If we both want more time, we extend it or book a follow-up. We try not to take an hour off your calendar before we've earned it.

Who runs the demo?

+
A senior engineer who can answer the technical questions in the room, plus someone from the team you'd work with on deployment. No SDR-only calls.

Will you ask for our data?

+
Not on the demo. The walkthrough runs against a representative workflow on our side. Your real data only enters the picture during a paid pilot, once the relevant DPA, BAA, or data-processing addendum is in place (whichever your regulatory situation calls for).

How fast can we go from first call to running pilot?

+
A few days of scoping after the demo, then one to three weeks of configuration. The platform isn't built from scratch for you — it exists. We're wiring it to your environment, your data, and your control rules. Narrow-scope deployments can be live inside two weeks. Wider or more regulated ones land closer to six.

What's the company situation? Should we be worried about long-term support?

+
RVVR is a Colorado-based subsidiary of CM Ventures Inc. We're profitable, well-capitalized, and not in a hurry. We stay quiet publicly because most of the customer base today is sales-led under NDA. Happy to go into the funding situation on the call.

Where are you hosted? Can we get a government region?

+
Production runs on Microsoft Azure. Customers in regulated regimes (FedRAMP, DoD IL2-IL5, CJIS, ITAR, IRS 1075) deploy on Microsoft Azure Government, which inherits the relevant cloud-side controls. That posture is on the Government tier.

What if we don't actually need a demo right now?

+
Email hello@rvvr.ai with the context. We\'ll route you to whatever is actually useful: a written proposal for a known scope, a ten-minute scoping call, or just a fit / no-fit answer over email.
