Book a demo
Thirty minutes,
on your problem.
Tell us about a workflow you want AI to take off your team's plate. We'll show you how we'd run it, live, against something close to what you do.
We're still under-the-radar on most of the platform, so we ask for an NDA before the walkthrough. One page, no exclusivity, takes about five minutes. We'll send it across once you submit the form. If you want a mutual one back from us, just say so and we'll sign yours too.
Agenda
What we'll cover.
Half an hour, structured. Listen first. Show second. Sketch the next step at the end.
Your workflow, in detail
The first ten minutes are us asking questions. What does your team actually do day-to-day, where does the time go, what would "better" look like for you. We listen before we show anything.
A live walkthrough
Once we know what you're trying to fix, we walk through the platform against a workflow that mirrors yours. Everything we show on the call sits under the NDA you sign beforehand.
How control and guardrails work
Approvals, budgets, audit trail, role-based access. We show where the human stays in the loop and where the model is allowed to run on its own.
A realistic first-month plan
Based on what you describe, we sketch what would actually ship in the first month, what would wait, and what your team would have to be in the room for. No transformation roadmaps.
Pricing and next steps
Real numbers for your team size and the work you'd want us doing, rather than a brochure tier. If it's a fit, a written proposal lands in your inbox within a few days.
Why the NDA up front?
Most of what we'd show you on the call hasn't been put on a public page yet. Some of that is competitive. Some of it is preference: we'd rather build a reputation through working deployments than through marketing copy.
The NDA runs one page and protects what we show you. One-way by default since most prospects don't have anything to disclose to us at this stage. If your legal team would rather have a mutual one back, we'll sign theirs too. No exclusivity. No commitment to engage past the call. Walk away whenever.
How engagements work
Two to six weeks. Often faster.
The platform is already built. We're not standing it up from scratch for you. Deployment is mostly configuration: which workflows, which data sources, which control boundaries. Many customers go live in the first couple of weeks; the upper end of the range is for complex regulated environments.
Demo
30 minutes
NDA-covered walkthrough against a workflow that resembles yours. You leave with enough to decide whether to keep going.
Scoping
a few days
We sit down with your team and pin down the first workflows we'd build, the data sources they touch, and where the control boundaries go.
Pilot
1 to 3 weeks
A dedicated engineer configures the platform for your environment, wires the integrations, and trains the people who'll run it day-to-day. We're not building from scratch — the platform is already there.
Production
ongoing
It's in your hands. We watch the system, retrain on a regular cadence, and surface the next set of workflows worth doing when they're ready.
Honest qualifying
Is this the right call for you?
Quick check before you put a half hour on the calendar. We'd rather you self-select out than show up to a bad-fit call.
A good fit
- ✓There's a workflow your team runs today that eats real hours each week.
- ✓You can describe what success looks like in concrete terms — faster, cheaper, fewer errors, pick one.
- ✓You want something working in your hands inside a couple of months, not a research engagement.
- ✓You're comfortable keeping a human in the loop for the consequential calls.
Probably not a fit
- ·You want a chatbot UI and nothing past it.
- ·You need a fully autonomous agent that nobody supervises.
- ·You want us to train a closed foundation model (GPT, Claude, etc.) — we can fine-tune open models and call the closed ones via API, but we can't train inside someone else's walled garden.
- ·You're comparing on lowest price. We start at $4,500 a month.
What we'll need from you
Three small things.
- 1
A rough sketch of the workflow you want to improve. A paragraph in the form is plenty.
- 2
A short list of who from your side should be on the call. Operator, engineer, security if relevant.
- 3
A signed NDA before the call. We send a one-pager right after you submit the form. Happy to sign a mutual version back to you if your legal team prefers.
About RVVR
Who you're talking to.
RVVR is a Colorado-based AI company. We're a subsidiary of CM Ventures Inc. The work is designing and operating AI systems for organizations that need those systems to function inside real constraints: production volume, audit trails, regulatory regimes, the tools the team already uses.
We pick our customers carefully. Most engagements are sales-led under confidentiality. The company is profitable, well-funded, and isn't in a hurry to do anything other than this.
